Daniel Fry, Director
Daniel has close to 15 years in the finance sector. Working for two big four financial institutions, he commenced his finance career in the retail sector learning retail products inclusive of day to day to banking and personal lending requirements including home loans.
Following this, Daniel progressed through to a senior management role in the commercial lending sector dealing with lending transactions up to $50m.
Daniel’s experience across the host of banking products allows him to provide finance solutions to a range of clients. Daniel has many connections across Australia in the lending networks, and is extremely passionate about providing the highest level of service to his clients.
Heath Cowden, Associate Director
Introducing Heath, an accomplished commercial banker who recently joined Premium Capital Solutions with a strong commitment to delivering top-notch independent finance solutions for his clients.
With an extensive background in senior banking positions at leading commercial institutions in Sydney and Adelaide, Heath has established himself as a reputable specialist in construction finance. His expertise spans diverse sectors such as childcare, healthcare, neighbourhood shopping centres, master planned residential communities, and apartment buildings.
Heath’s unwavering dedication to his clients shines through in his collaborative approach alongside the PCS team. He takes great satisfaction in working closely with clients, ensuring their projects thrive and reach successful completion.
Educationally, Heath holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and has further honed his business acumen through completion of the Business Leadership program at the European Business School, Frankfurt. He has also achieved professional banker accreditation with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, showcasing his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry standards.
Born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, Heath’s strong connection to his hometown prompted his return in 2017.
Nevertheless, he maintains a nationwide focus, diligently serving his clients and supporting their projects across Australia.

Alex Davidson, Senior Associate
Alex is a highly skilled banker with over five years of experience in the Corporate & Institutional, Commercial and Agribusiness sectors with a leading Australian Big 4 bank. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Adelaide. Alex joined Premium Capital Solutions in June 2023 with the ambition to bring the very best independent finance solutions to his clients.
Alex commenced his finance journey as graduate with NAB, where he developed his knowledge across the whole suite of banking products. Growing up on a South Australia farm and post the graduate training, Alex was recognised as a specialist in Agribusiness where he gained a wide range of experience in both small Agribusiness transactions to corporate Agribusiness transactions. Most recently, he held a role in the Corporate and Institutional banking Adelaide office and therefore comes to PCS with a wide broad depth of knowledge.
As a passionate South Australian, Alex enjoys working with clients to find the most suitable financial products for personal loan and business loan products.
